We all know MTV is good at one thing: cashing on a trend when in it’s pure form. We’ve seen it from rock, metal, hip-hop and reality TV – you name it. Now, EDM is their next target. With the upcoming MTV Movie Awards, which will air this coming Sunday, they’re about to do it once again.

With the Ibiza International Music Summit that just happened over the weekend, many names in music either performed and/or just attended. One of the many names there was none other then Giorgio Moroder. Giorgio Moroder is a famed songwriter/producer who gained fame when working with many musicians including David Bowie, Nile Rodgers and the late Donna Summer. However, his fame reached higher status when he won an Oscar for his score on Midnight Express, making his the first electronic score to win the award. He went onto write scores and songs for many 80s hits including, American Gigolo, Scarface, Flashdance (‘What A Feeling’), and Top Gun (‘Take My Breath Away’). Giorgio sat down in an interview with URB where he revealed some major news.
Prometheus Viral Video: Quiet Eye

20th Century Fox is sparing no expense in promoting their upcoming semi-Alien prequel, Prometheus. Here we get another promotional video to promote the film. In this particular video, we meet the main character, Dr. Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace: The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2009-Swedish version), Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows). And yet once again, it doesn’t offer too much insight into film nor giving anyway spoilers to the film. Much like the Happy Birthday David video with Michael Fassbender, this video is meant to confuse and entice the audience as to, not only what the film is about, but more important, what exactly is going on.
